the room was beautiful and huge, had central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel tv. the bed was nice, a bathtub worked well. it was in a beautiful location with nice staff. easy access to naha airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away.

The design of the hotel was amazing with a warm and modern atmosphere. The staff was friendly, supportive and professional, highlighting the exceptional service. The breakfast meal was diverse, delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was located near restaurants, bars, and convenience stores.
Web pages took too long to load, making it difficult to use the internet for work purposes. As another downside, the room was quite small and would make it difficult to accommodate two travelers.

The hotel had a great location with many nearby restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. It was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room design was modern and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the spacious balcony. The rooftop lounge was a nice bonus, where we could bring our own drinks and snacks while taking in the views.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were not to our liking. the ambient temperature of the hotel was warm, and the air conditioning did not properly regulate the temperature, forcing us to keep the slider door and bathroom window open at night.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near transportation and many local attractions, clean and comfortable room with modern amenities, and a wonderful breakfast spread to start off the day. The rooftop and veranda also provided a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
